Usually proficiency credits will be added really late, probably close to the end of the semester(if the test is taken in the beginning). This is because the official certificate mail will go through the department you take the test, the college you are enrolled in and the department where your major is located. Be patient as long as they announced that you passed, it's not going to be a problem.
