1、2014元宵联合庙会
正月十五闹花灯，趣味元宵喜乐会！一年一度的CSSA元宵喜乐会又要开始啦！今年我们联合了Center of Pacific and Asian Studie, KSA, HKSA, Japan House共同为大家呈现一次国际元宵喜乐会！在这里你会看到整个亚洲是如何欢庆元宵节的，也会吃到热腾腾的元宵以及各种中式、韩式以及日式餐点，更能加入各种游戏观赏表演参与抽奖。。。我们一定给你一个不同以往的庙会完全体验！
不需门票，随意walk in，欢迎大家拉帮结伙成群结队，把马年元宵节闹起来！
时间：2014年2月15日下午4点--6点 （欢迎你饿着肚子来！！）

#你的声音，我们聆听# 2014香槟好声音K歌大赛正式开始！这个冬天，我们期待你的声音融化冰雪；这个冬天，UIUC CSSA K歌大赛为每一个热爱唱歌的你展开怀抱，这个冬天，我们是你最虔诚的听众。
初赛时间：
2014年2月22日 12:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
初赛地点：
Union 一楼 Colonial Room

活动流程及规则（初赛）：
四位音乐导师背对选手，每位选手清唱一分钟，导师根据选手演唱的节奏，情感，音准对每位选手进行打分(0-100分)，并为“心动”选手转身，演唱结束后导师对选手进行30秒的简单评述。
获得四位导师全部转身的选手将进入晋级复赛候选，而没有获得任何一位导师转身的选手则直接淘汰。初赛结束后如获得四位导师全部转身的选手数量超过24位，则根据导师对选手的打分之和由高到低选取前24位选手晋级复赛。如导师全部转身的选手不足24位，则获得四位导师转身的选手直接晋级，剩余晋级名额由CSSA根据各位选手的总分以及人气选票的分数决定。

Center for East Asian and Pacific Studies cordially invites you to join us for a documentary and discussion on Chinese students’ experiences on U.S. campus--
Documentary screening “Imported from China” and roundtable discussion
The half-hour long documentary "Imported from China” follows students from China who are finding a place in a college setting and within the larger U.S. context.It provides a look at Americans through a Chinese lens, examining not only the tensions and challenges as China and the U.S. determine their global relationship, but also the relationships nurtured and shaped across cultural boundaries within and beyond the crucible of college life. (Co-directed and produced by Troy Hale and Geri Zeldes.)
